Once an item has been purchased, it cannot be sent back for refund. We do, however, offer exchanges for any items that may have defects, damage, or that was sent incorrectly by us.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH THE BRIDAL ACC’T BEFORE SENDING BACK TO US!
Once we have confirmed details and means for exchange, instructions will be sent to the purchaser. If an exchange is agreed upon based on the aforementioned reasons, The Bridal Acc’t will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
